Are you conscious? Branded name products has its uniqueness, quality and passes the standards unlike non-branded name products. Though, it's more expensive (branded) than non-branded products. But mostly people are satisfied with quality they have bought. It's really worth the price. How about you? Do you usually look at the name of the products you will buy? Can you share experiences about the differences, advantages and disadvantages of buying branded with non-branded products? Thanks for your ideas.

I compare the quality of the product than its brand name.We can see some non branded products are better in performance than a branded one.

I agree. I bought non-branded shoes. Shockingly, I only used it 3 days, then I have to buy another. It costs a lot. Then,I thought to myself that I have to get the right brand for my shoes. Thanks for sharing.

If I have to use the product for longer period I choose branded one because their will be guarantee for those, Other wise I go for unbranded because they are available at low cost.

I have bought cheaper no name brand food lately because of the credit crisis and found it actually good. I could hardly tell the difference from the named brands. I bought toilet tissue, 'a cheap one' and it was a lot better than I expected and lasted well. When it comes to electrical goods I like to buy the better ones as they certainly are better quality and last longer. (although nothing is the way it used to be). I also buy better quality batteries and things as they sure do last longer. Over all it would just depend on the items I buy. I do not buy things just to say they are designer products. Especially clothes. I just buy clothes that I like the look of, and catch my eye.

Good comment. In today's crisis, we need to think of ways how to spend little to the things we need. That's cost-cutting. Thanks for the ideas.
