Do you know that scientists have found that the scent of peppermint or cinnamon can ease your stress? They monitored the emotional responses of 25 people during various simulated driving scenarios and found that peppermint lowered stress by 20 percent and cinnamon decreased frustration by 25 percent. I found this article from a magazine and I think it is a useful information to share.

really? peppermints may help a person who experiences stress? that is cool. well in my case if i feel so stressed what i normally do is go to places and unwind for a while. i enjoy my day and laugh as much as i can. i try to keep my environment free from stressful activities.

I usually like to eat ice cream when I feel stress. I also like to listen to song when I feel stress. Sometimes I will go for window shopping when I feel stress. I didn't know that peppermint or cinnamon can ease stress. Thanks for sharing that information here on mylot.
