......you are disturbed in your sleep bya telephone call or a ring on the door? Do you get upset and refuse to talk to teh person and start shouting? I look at it differently. I feel that if A person is ringing you up in the middle of the night, then he is firstly awake and secondly he is either busy working or is in some soert of trouble, that is why he is ringin gme up to seek my help. I amin a much more comfortable state and was sleeping and relaxing. It is i who should appologise to him for the delay in opneing the door or in answering the phone. What about you? Do you get angry or appologise?

My initial reaction is anger. I am not the type of person to be disturbed. I get annoyed. I guess I get instantly angry because I got used to my sleep being disturbed by petty things. Of course, if it's an emergency or something, all anger would fade. But there, I get grumpy.

Well, what could be possibly worse than being rudely awaken by telephone calls or a ring on the door, especially if you were in your deep sleep and trying to have a good night sleep. But logically, no one would bother your sleep if it weren't urgent. I won't get angry but most likely I would be very curious to why there is a phone call or a knock at my door during the odd hours of the night.
