Which Quality do like in human beings?

The quality of human beings are kind in my opinion .Maybe somebody will do something bad to others ,but i still insist that we are all good .when i come to a strange place there're always people who are kind enough to help and tell what i can do ,which road i can take to my purpose .So i appriciate them very much . Also there's petty thief ,crimer existing ,i think them don't really want to do this if them have better choice .At the sme time ,them may treat their family ,friends well .In a word i believe human beings are kind .

I guess, it's common to all to like good qualities on an individual (human beings in general). But if we look at every aspect of our being human, we also need to sometimes admire the strong side of it, may it bad or good. In a sense that we become a better person with it. If we are always too kind, which many of us want, there is a tendency for others to take advantage of you. That's why we still need to balance kindness with control of oneself so that our kindness can only be used for good purpose. If we are too kind to others, we may not be giving that person the chance to grow and the chance to learn. Generosity, hospitality, and considerations are also some aspects that needs careful understanding and use. Being generous is good but with limitation also.

How can one like bad? Naturally one will like good qualities in human beings. Bad qualities are a failing in humans. And no on ecan love a failing but only a asset.
