How to control myself?

Somebody lost themselves,escaped their job,killed time in their entertainment!Then they helped- what shall I do! If I was the man,I would have the following ..I will spend all the time in the entertrainment,every day,evry second! ..I will realize it's so boring play like this day to day,and O will think that I should do sth,cause that is not my life style! ..I should find someome to talk to and look for a new job or resume the job I want! ..I should set up a goal for myself,cherish every minute belonging to me~
