Neobux has sent me payment the moment I requested it from them.Im so happy,as its my first earnings from a PTC site.Even though the payment is only $2,its a legit PTC site.But it will take a long time to reach the payout level without any referral.I did it myself.If anyone is interested in joining neobux,you can join under me.The banner is in my profile.I have added my payment proof here.Happy mylotting.

The problem in Neobux now is that its not that easy to get referrals there. Because everyone must have already joined that site. So try out some other new instant payout sites and trade for referrals. Definitely you can get some.

Nope man. Not yet. Both are instant payout sites only. I have crossed $4 in those sites. The minimum payout is $5 in both the sites. Soon I will get my payment from them. If you wish to join those sites, then please join using my link. In my profile I will have the banner for both the sites.

My friend, the min cash out in Neobux is $3; not $2. If you want to earn more from the site, try to upgrade your membership and rent referrals.

Neobux has a variable cashout rate. Essentially you are both right. The first is 2$ and second cashout is 3$ and it actually goes up the more times you cashout.
"The minimum payout amount is set at $2.00 (two US dollars) for your first payout request, $3.00 (three US dollars) for the second, $4.00 (four US dollars) for the third and so on until $10.00 (ten US dollars).
This means that when you reach or go beyond this limit, you can request your earned money."
