If you still havenot been able to kick the butt then here are lesser known, yet equally serious reasons to try harder.
If you are a regular smoker your mental decline is likely to be five times faster as compared to non-smokers.In the future it increases the risk of Alzheimer's manyfold. Smoking also has an adverse impact on the heart, and may cause artery damage. This increases the risk of a brain stroke, which is one of the most common reason behind mental decline. The scariest part however is that by the time symptoms starts showing, the damage will befar from reversible.
If you smoke, there is no way your baby can be completely insulated from the harmful effects of the same. Exposure to tobacco may actually increase the chances of colic in the baby, making them far more irritable.
Regular smokers may be almost four times more likely to experience age-related macular degeneration as compared to those who have never smoked. It directly affects one's central vision.
Pls after reading this try to start the process of quiting this habbit which affects everything in our life in a bad way only.
All the best.

I have just been reading on the effects of pesticides on the planet and those who live in it. We poison ourselves with smoke but we do worse things with pesticides and herbicides. I am learning all of these things because I am farming and growing things without commercial inputs that harm the earth and they say I am stupid and wrong for doing what is good for the planet.

Today we all are so dependent on the materialistic life around us. we are used to of having short cuts but we forget the fact that we are going far and far from our nature and its goodness which is spoiled by us only. I highly appreciate your effort. People who think differently definitely achieve something big. Carry on.
