If you get a new job at a new office,the first impression is important to the new colleague.Maybe somebody don't like you at all even though you seem very warm and friendly.She or he perhaps gets the impression that you are a bit rude! Certanily some people seem to be happy to work with you! What you have to do is to give your new colleagues chances to get to know you after you already made your first impression on them.
