democracy is a government of the people, for the people & by the people where all people have the right to choose their leaders. While in dictatorship only one person rules the whole country.

Most of the responses will be democracy. Democracy is good for those countries, where people are educated and can not be bought over. The people understand what is good for them and what is bad.
But for places where poverty can allow to buy a vote just for a meal or few cents, the democracy may prove otherwise unless the elected leaders are really good and they want to do good for their country not own self.
Sometimes a benevolent dictator is better that a wicked elected leader.

No government is best.
I don't like being told what I can and cannot do. The only rule that should exist is not to do anything that harms another living being.
I don't see how me walking around naked harms anyone, but it'd get me arrested. :\
