i think you sld buy from india. because after purchasing laptop may be some fault ll occured. then you have to send it to their service centere and may be their service centere is not in your city so at that time you have to face some problem so instead of buying from singapore you sld buy it from here. and in 45000 tousand ruppes i think you get the best laptop having full configuration. and buy only of HP or SONY vieo series they are the best. or also ucan go to IBM.

The IT prices here are very competitive and at relatively low prices, so it is recommended that you pick one up from Singapore.
