When I logged in to mylot, I usually browse through all discussions. When I see a catchy topic, I will clicked on it and read the content. Sometimes if I can offer a response, I will but sometimes if I can't, I just skipped the discussion. But before I move on to another discussion, I would rate it first. I thought by doing so, I am helping a friend. What about you? Do you rate a discussion even if you didn't respond to it?

Yes, I have and do the same thing. I read all discussions my friends create that I find in my email. I receive them all but I wish I did. I try and think of some good response that also is at last 3 lines. If I can't I may by pass it up. As I don't want to violate any of MyLots guidelines. I sure do not want to get my friend discussion delete by posting a one line comment either.

no i dont. i dont rate discussion that i will not respond to it. i will only rate discussion that i responded. if i find it interesting i respond tpo it then rate it. i also rate responder who responded good on that certain discussion. specially when i myself learned something from his/her response. that is what i do. have a blessed weekend

I have never got on to rating discussions, however i do like toleave comments. When ever I read a discussion, I do leave a comment. I very rarely leavee without leaving a comment. I do not leave a comment in a discussion if i do not know anything about that topic, but such topics are very limited. i think my knowledge is fairly wide spread and i can take part in most discussions.
