I joined Ciao a week ago and have already made my first payout. If you know about electronics and have experience with the various ones listed you should have no trouble at all making money on Ciao. I don't know much about electronics and don't own many new devices, but there are a lot of other things you can do reviews on.
Tip, make your review 120 or more words (there is a gauge that shows how many words you lack) and make a full review. Make you review personal. Tell people what advantages and disadvantages there are to the product.
Make friends. View other people's reviews, they will do the same for you. Become a part of the community. The more contact you have with other members of the Ciao community the more views your reviews will get.

I am a member of Ciao also and I have made payout twice- just remember to try to make the review personal like the previous poster said and it will earn the extra money from people reading and rating your reviews. Let me know you're name on there and I would be glad to read and review to help you get going. I'm still pretty new myself but I really enjoy it. Good luck to you.
