I like yang chow fried rice. Everything's in there. And the color, it's well blended and appetizing. Yesterday, i just tried fookien rice. My sister's asked me to and they really recommend it. It's like fried rice with sauce, you mix it before eating. It tastes good. New.

I like Spanish rice, white rice, brown rice and a bunch of those flavored rices that you Uncle Ben's and stuff like that put out. I think rice is a really good food; it can be eaten and enjoyed in such a variety of ways that it almost never gets boring.

Besides that I also love eating chinese chiken rice.

There are plenty of types of fried rice that Chinese have... There's the pork fried rice, beef fried rice, chicken fried rice, seafood fried rice and egg fried rice... There's also names like yong chow, hong kong fried, szechuan fried rice..
That's for fried rice, my favorite would be the pork fried rice..
Now, to the other rice that the Chinese have. The Chinese have a breakfast dish or a dim sum dish that has rice, it's black sticky rice.. It comes in a bowl and you need to take the rice out of the bowl so that on your plate, you will get a rice dome.. And on top of the rice dome, you will have pork or chicken, mushroom, sometimes chinese sausage as well on it.. That is one of the yummiest chinese rice..
There is also a season or a celebration that the Chinese have where they make "zhang". "zhang" is a pyramid shaped brown sticky rice that includes various meats and beans and mushrooms, sometimes they like adding dry prawns in it as well. "zhang" is wrapped in lotus leaves, so when you buy it, it's a pyramid shaped leaves tied in string. Then you cut the string and you open up the leaves, and there you go.. munching on your "zhang"
And "zhang" would be my favorite Chinese rice, as long as it does not have beans and dried prawns.. :)

Basically i love all kinds of how the rice is made. For chicken rice, i prefer Han Nan chicken rice, it really tastes good. I also like pork rice ( there are 2 types ). Duck rice is delicious too, especially the source. Yummy!!!!
