Please, can someone tell me about Paypal accounts????

I am new to all of this, and I am trying to figure out the information on this paypal account. I havent applied to open the account yet, because when I was reading the agreement on it, it was talking about all these fees and payments and things like that. I dont know if I need to open an account as personal, premier, or business??? I am so confused. The only reason I need this account is to collect money owed to me. Do I have to have a credit card to open this account, Do I have to have a bank account to open this paypal account? Do I get charged any fees when someone pays me the money they owe? I hope nobody laughs at this discussion, but I really need some help. Also, when I get this account and want to take the money out, what do I need to do? Please help!!!!!

You only need a personal account and yes there is a small fee when someone pays you money which i guess is only natural as they do have to run the business and keep up todate with all securities as best they can....I use Paypal a lot and think it is great.

oh and when you want money out you just nominate how much you want to transfer to your bank account or pay for something on the net that will accept paypal payments...I think if you wait until you have $150 to tranfer to your bank account then there used to be be no fee but I am not sure if that has changed or not...
