That would be awesome for our friend cats, her family deserves it. We all know she deseves a break and since her and her hubby would probably be doing all the work. I think when most people get a house, they like to do the fixin up, painting stuff like that. It makes it more theres, specially with him wanting to buy it. We have to keep good positive thoughts.

That would be a really wonderful thing to have happen, Polly, and I can see where it might, if he is anxious to take possession.

I just posted another discussion which you'll want to read but I'll tell you this much, the guy liked the house and has to talk it over with his girlfriend and will get back with the realtor tomorrow or Tuesday. The other thing is mom is really sick. She's going to the emergency room tonight. Here we go again!

Thank you Thoroughrob!! To have my peace of mind back would be nothing short of a miracle!! That house has been such a huge burden for many years and even more so in the past year!! Gosh I hope it sells once and for all!! My dad will be getting his hearing aids in the next few days thanks to the Lion's Club in Virginia! I got new partials from a man who makes them for A LOT less than the dentist would. The dentist would've cost $680. but this guy only charged $200.!! How cool is that? lol As for my hearing aids, well, I have to wait til January after we get our tax return done because the company wants a copy of it but we can't give them last years because it shows hubby working and making more money than he is now, unemployed trying to get disability. So we wait a little bit longer. It's aggravating because I need them so bad but can't afford three thousand dollars for the darn things so I have to wait. But it seems to be happening though, things are falling into place, slowly but surely and I only pray that it continues to go this way! It's just another obstacle course I'm on is all. Thanks for caring enough to remember that and for asking!! Hugs!!

Actually, when someone has a realtor to sell your house, they put it up on their web site and then realtor.com automatically picks it up and lists it there too. Two realtor friends in Arkansas told us that. I hope he likes what he sees and doesn't want anything done to it. Wouldn't that be so awesome?! Oh my goodness YES!!!! But if he wants it done then we'll do it but we hope he buys it regardless.... Thank GG for your positive thoughts!! I don't know if I can sleep tonight because of my excitement!!

Yes it was so nerve racking!! Hubby and I had just come in from working in the yard and found we had a message on our answering machine and found it was dad and when he told me, I'd like to have fallen out of the chair!!
