How long do you sleep ? How long should you sleep ?
Alone or with somebody ?
Do you wear something when you sleep ? What ?
In the week I sleep about 6-7 hours.. but I should sleep about 8-9 hours, then I would be totally fit.
I usually sleep alone, but ofcourse with my girlfriend when she is here or i'm at her house.
When I sleep I wear only my boxers, when it's cold I also wear a t-shirt.

i sleep for 6-7 hours a day.Since i have work i cant sleep more.But on weekends i sleep for 8-9 hours.

most of the time during working days i get around 6 - 7 hours of sleep. wish i could sleep more! but gotta wake up to go to work T_T ...on weekends and days that i'm not working i sleep more! i sleep alone in my room wearing my pyjamas!

I usually sleep 3-4 hours a night. I should get at least 3 more hours. Doesn't usually happen. I sleep next to my hubby. Sleeping wear consists of a long t-shirt most of the time. I have children. Covered is better.

I always am fully clothed when I sleep. Usually I sleep a whooping 10 hours, and at dawn because I like working after midnight. I sleep alone at my room.

I sleep 5-6hrs regular. either schooldays or holidays. It's just my body used to wake up when it comes to that time slot. But sometimes when the air seems cold, I get stuck to bed around 7-9 hours. now that's good.
But for holidays or weekends I usually sleep in the afternoon around 2-4pm. I got that habit during childhood from my parents.
I wear shorts and shirt with 2 to 3 pillows. I sleep in my room alone and it's totally open for visitors in case.

I usually sleep about six hours a night. On the weekends, I will get about 8 hours of sleep, so that is nice. I sleep with my partner most of the time. Sometimes he snores pretty bad. If I am not very sleepy, it keeps me up, so I will usually go do something (like watch tv in the living room) until I am so tired that I will fall asleep regardless of the snoring.
I get cold pretty easy, so I sleep in pajama pants and usually a long sleeve shirt.

I don't sleep very much. Although, I'm getting better because I have more activity which makes me more tired. The reason I don't sleep is because I have spasms due to my disability which wake me up at annoying times. I think I wake up about 7-8 times a night (at least) before I start sleeping better. Now, I only wake up 3-4 times which is a big improvement even though you wouldn't think so. Better yet, I only wake up my assistant about twice a night compared to the four times I was doing it before (on average). Overall, I think I sleep totally about 5 or 6 hours a night. Going to bed at 1am and waking up as much as I do means I usually stay in bed until 10am or so. Luckily, I don't have a standard day job. I have a day job (I'm a writer), but I can do that whenever I get up and into the night or on weekends if need be.
In answer to your other questions, I wear a t-shirt to sleep or a long sleeve shirt if it's cold. I sleep alone (sadly). However, I found I annoy people if I do sleep with them because I move around too much and have spasms and accidentally hit them. My girlfriend used to sleep on my floor.

Ok i am with you on most of it and i only sleep about 4 hours a night then i work about 10 hours a day and when i come home i want to sleep but there is other things that need to be done and when i sleep i sleep alone for most of the time and yeah i sleep in my boxers also and that is it no matter if its cold or not middle of winter i sleep in just boxers

a human needs 8 hours of sound sleep everyday.i make sure i sleep for 8hours aday.as it is known that a person lives longer if he fasts than spending sleepless nights,its better to miss your food than to miss your sleep...

I usually sleep only about 5 hours a day.Recently I read a book which tells that it is at least 6 hour sleep is needed for a grown person to keep in good health.But I feel 5 hours is enough for me.I am totally regain my energy within that time.So after that I am ready for the next date.
I do wear only my boxers when i am sleeping in the night.Still I have to sleep alone.But after my lunch i usually get a small nap for about 15 minutes.It refreshes me and increase my efficiency.

my body needs 10 hours of sleep. during school days, i sleep about 5 or 6 hours. sometimes, even just an hour. for i have to stay awake doing plates. it's so time consuming. my body celebrates during the days that i'm off to school. that's the only time that i can sleep as long as i want to.

Its good if you sleep for 7-8 hors daily but not more than that it will make you lazy and the day wont be much active. So its advisable to sleep atleast 7 hours. I sleep 6-6.5 hours. I got things for which i have to restrict my sleep. I wear T shirt.

i always make it a point to sleep 8 hrs at night. i feel ba dif i dont. so i count the hours. i would have a shower before i go to bed and use a lavender scent body wash so ill sleep well.
i wear my pjs with no underwear. i just want to be very comfortable. i am surrounded with four pillows with a long one on my head.

I sleep about 5-6 hours on working day,it's not enough but I have to.So,I will sleep more than 10 hours on the weekend.
