To be honest aprces, I am at that impasse myself. I lost my job, still looking for another job, lost my initial benefit for unemployment. And it seems as though nothing is looking right, and it could be you suffer from depression. Meditation is a good thing, but I find that prayer is even good; I suggest prayer first then meditation afterwards. Pray for direction because you need to know what to do next, then meditate and you should find what you need. It won't happen right off the bat, but with time, you will. There will be times that you don't know how to proceed in your life, but when you go to the Lord, He is there for you. I pray you find your way. I also feel a psychiatrist/psychologist can help as well.

Yes, I believe that . See you lost your way in life as we tend to do from time to time, and it is time to find your way to a higher source. For me, it is God and his son, Jesus. And to get that belief, you don't have to have a firm belief, the Bible said that as long as you have the faith of a mustard seed, then that is sufficient to him; A mustard seed is one of the most tiniest seeds there is and knowing how we have our doubts, he spoke on the littlest, tiniest, seed possible to have as much faith in. I truly hope that answers your question.

hi
Your condition certainly needs serious attention. We often feel low and often sink to the bottom. But we recover and the same thing doesn't happen frequently.
imes o
But case is certainly different, but not at all rare. Consult a doctor. He'll be able to understand why it's happening. Sometimes our central nervous system or part of brain gets tired and become weak. Only a doctor can quickly pull you out of such a situation.
So, please don't make any delay and consult a doctor.
I wish all the best for you and hope you get out of such a situation very quickly.
Good luck.

Hi aprces, I am no medical person but if I had to guess, I reckon you might be suffering from depression. I also suffer from the same problem. Sometimes it is a medical problem, that is, it is caused by some temporary malfunction of the brain's chemicals. Sometimes it is a lifestyle problem. Either way, the first thing I recommend is for you to visit a good doctor and talk to them, NOW. Take the first step to helping yourself. Sometimes it is the hardest.

I have ever had such moments, but just a moment. in such moment, your mind just loose connection between your past and your future. You may have worked very very hard but you don't received the significant achievement you think you deserve. But such things happened to every one.
You have made so many efforts, you can't stop half way, try to think carefully again, try to work hard and work more wisely, you will find that your are much to closer to your goal!
And if you think you already have everything and there's need to strive for your live, then congratulation, it is time for you to enjoy your life!
In order to enjoy our life, in order to work more wisely, you have to overcome your motional stress.
Good luck!

I think I have the same feeling like you do a few months back. I suggest you go out and socialize. May be you need some vacation, see new places and meet new people. Don't confine yourself all alone. Talk to your friends or make yourself busy. All the best.

I think everyone has this status, when I feel bad,I don't want to do anything, and I think everything is bad,I don't like the wether,I don't like the man before me,and I even don't like eat things, and I think everything is against me,and I do everything is wrong,it is so bad!
But when I get rid of this status, and I feel life is so great, and everything is OK,may be this is our feeling of something, and everything doesn't change, only my feeling.

Hi aprces. You may not like it now, but I assure you that Life is so Good. Everybody in this world are experiencing ups and downs in life and at the end of the day they still survive the greatest pains in life. Easier said than done, but you have to look at other people who are more miserable and still positive in life. I have a friend who asked for the help of pyschiatrist and now she's getting better. She was also so depressed but she did not lost her will to live. Hey, many people wants to live and would shell out lots of money. You are so blessed, you are just depressed and sooner or later you will overcome that.

I'm not a doctor either but you def. suffer from depression. I know this because I have been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. You should really consider seeing someone for help, and even though I never thought talking about my problems helped, well it doesnt take the problems away but it helps you to deal with them in different ways. At least give it a try. What do you have to lose?

I understand what you mean... time heals all wounds honestly... is a load of rubbish. Time DULLS some wounds but doesn't heal them. You already started to get back on track by putting what you are going through in words. Friends... and i mean the true kinds... the sort that will tell you what you DONT want to hear... will be the sort of priceless help you can get.
I put my time into writing... but to say i still had a passion for it would be a lie... i just TRIED... i tried to fill my time with anything.. something as to not let my mind dwell on what i know will cause my emotions to echo in the emptiness of my mind..
Write down everything and i mean everything that comes to mind in regards to your troubles... be it typing it on notepad.. and deleting it... or on paper and shredding it. Sometimes simply writing down my pains gave me a mild sense of relief... a release of sorts... hope this ramble of mine was of some assistance.
