Now I am a father of a nine-month old son.To take care of him and play with him ,I must sacrifice my personal time.It is my habit to chat on line with my old classmates and friends, but at present I can't spare my time.I have no time to touch the computer only when he means to listen to his favorite song.He has formed the habit of wondering in the street or in the shop.It takes me a great deal time to accompany him watching and playing. When I was single ,I can do whatever I enjoyed.I was able to sleep until the noon on weekends.Every Sunday,my friends had a get-together dinner. After time it is the happy time.We could go to a wine bar or a KTV.The happy time has gone forever. In a word, single is the best.

Oh, but it must be very rewarding to have a sweet little son! I bet it really is worth it though, you're all grown up now and you're a father, those days are over.

Thinking of my good old days,I dream of becoming single. While watching my little lovely son play, cry, learn to speak and walk,it is achievement for me,making up my lost time and a lot of energy. So it is a condradiction for me.

You know it is ok to take a small parenting break on occasion right? There is no law against it and you deserve it. Just don't make it a habbit where it becomes a problem. Get a sitter that you completely trust for the day and go out for some drinks and movie or leave him with Grandma for a few days and take a little vacation. It might help.

i believe that we have different level of satisfaction. i must say, that you are not ready yet to be a father coz you were not able to let go with the happy-days with you friends. since, we can't deny the fact that you're a father now, try to weigh things out and soon you will realize how blessed you are having a son. a lot out there hoping to have children and not been blessed to have one. its best time now to share moments together with your son, and you'll see its more rewarding than spending time together with your friends in a drinking-spree...
