what super nintendo system do you own?

I owned a SNES american version.. the one in the picture above.
Even though I lived in Philippines. SNES sales during 1992-1996 here are almost American version. Japanese version is hard to find those times. So which of the two is better? or its just the same?

We didn't have the chance to have either of those two due to some financial constraits then... but If I could still remember clearly, Japan manufactured more reliable SNES before than the US. As you know, their technology is really that advance even during those times. But US made are as reliable too I guess. Just remember not to buy the fake one made just from anywhere else. :)
