smoker, ciggarete

I think it is worse to be a passive smoker. I have no choice bu to breathe in the poisonous fumes. An active smoker can choose not to light up but I cannot. I rarely support my government or agree with its draconian policies but reluctantly I have to accept that there was a need to ban smoking from public places. This is largely because the smokers themselves are so selfish. If I had such an offensive and dangerous habit, I would have to ask everyone within breathing distance whether they minde me smoking. If and only if ALL of them said its okay would I light up. Because smokers do not do this, and indeed do not appear in general to give a dman about other people's feelings or health that legislation has become necessary. I cannot for one moment understand why someone would want to pay large amounts of money to remain addicted to such a poisonous and dangerous and horrendously smelling substance! And I support all attempts to drive it out of society.
