Are you a good listener?

I really listened to the person when they are talking to me, may it be serious or not. It really enhance me to observe and to concentrate very well. It helps me a lot in my job since I should listen carefully before I react to the situation. My friends appreciate me when they tell me their problems and they really see that I listened to them whole heartedly.

I always listen to people and show people great empathy. It's important to listen and be nice to people, even if you do find the topic irritating. I'm sure you wouldn't like it if people were ignoring you?

It is important to be a good listener. Communication must be a give and take process. It is not good to ignore someone who is saying something to you especially if what he is saying is important and need urgent response. If someone is talking to me in which I think is nonsense, I do not ignore him. Although I do not want to listen to a nonsense stuff, it is better to still look at him and just make a nod or smile so as to show respect.
