Do you always do something at your best to be even better?

Some people just do things so simple and puts less effort on it. Others do so much hardwork and diligence on stuff that they are onto. I dunno but most of the time, I like to work on things on organized and almost perfect way. Everything must be planned and done in order. Sometimes being like that really takes most of the time, so when you haven't finished things for today, the more they grow for tomorrow's work, which makes my room more unorderly. It's like making better than best in doing tasks. It could be advantageous and disadvantageous at the same time, just like when doing a school project or cleaning. Time and energy are the factors on the negative side.
Bottom line is, do you do things simple/less effort or you do things with all concentration and efforts on it?
Is there a way not to be so diligent on simple matters like gaming? Its like I wont stop unless I reach my objectives. What should I do?

I find some people do things only in order to BE the best and after they are snooty about it. I do things in the best way I can, but not in order to be the best. As long as you have done your best you can feel OK with your self. I treaser the once who do it better than me, but only if they do not show a smiling face of being better than me. I rather like those who show me how to do better so I can do better next time.
I also feel we should work and do things together in order to do things in a better way.

Some people are hard to tag along with when it comes to teamwork. They leave the work to those who would do their best on it.

Yes, I guess You are right. This is really interesting topic. For a couple of month ago I went from part time to full time, I am a substitute for one of my cow worker, who has taken time out for studies. She did everyting, and did everything perfect. She felt that the rest of us did not do enough and not did things god enough. Now, when I have taken over her postion, I have made it clear to my other cow workers that I am not her, and I will never do other peoples work. I do my part, and you do your part...we will work together. I have one cow worker who always let me know I work full time and therefore should have the scheduel for everhing....and that is what I think is wrong, we work side by side, and all of us has a responsebility to do the work, one by one, or together. All of us, part time working or not, have the same responsebility to have things done. I am not their mother, or will never be, so each one of us has to do what is obligated for us to do. That is what we are employee to do. We do the same work, and are therefore paid the same. No matter we work part time or full time.

That's right. Its better to tell them first so they wont be bumming around the corner. The feeling that the work's due is near and you're the only working on it, that's disappointing.

Hi gelogames, indeed some people do things with less effort, could it be they are experienced and practice makes perfect. They are confident, multi tasker and kept a good schedule of what they are going to do. I do envy such people for they are organised. They too know the importance of putting priority and responsible on things they have committed. Though time and energy are always running out, my understanding is, we as human has our limits so listen to our body and putting in effort to be responsible is important to get a good quality of life for our self gain so hardwork is inevitable. A gamer myself, one has to make up one's mind when to play and stop completely and have a balance of work and play.

Doing things at my best is one of my goals that I want to achieve before the year ends, it pays to do something with good effort and concetration and that I have come to learn here in mylot. If am organized then most of my work will be presentable and more attractive and this will also help me achieve alot of good result.
