No my dear I have a habit of a sleep without food but if you can't do the same then have some fruits or cornflakes with milk but don't go for heavy meals.

I don't before sleep.I usually eat couple of hours before sleep because i am conscious with my figure they say that eating before sleeping will make me fat so i not use to it. Eat your dinner seven in the evening and sleep 9 or 10 in the evening you wont feel the starving i think.Just use to it and your stomach will be adjusted.Keep it up!happy posting.

well,i have this problem,if i am a little hungry i just want to eat some food even i will go to bed right now,but if not i cannot sleep well.i have the same problem.

I usually have a snack before bed because I take medication that I have to eat with. A snack is ok, I think, but a big meal is probably not a good idea. Some foods, like milk or starchy carbs, help your brain to release seratonin and can help you fall asleep. I read that somewhere. I usually have a bowl of cereal with some milk or a pb&j with a glass of milk.
Do you find that you wake up during the night because you are hungry? Even if you don't want to eat right before bed, you could try a snack an hour or two before. Hope this helps!

me? i should have a good dinner or else i will have no milk for my baby and my stomach will ache in the middle of the night..so a very good dinner is very important and if my husband and me stays up late and we watch movies...we like to munch on corns, bread or chips...so there..i eat before i sleep.

I don't sleep at once after eating dinner. Sometimes I get hungry but when I don't give in to the feeling I can get over it quite well. Cheers!!

Hello! It is our habit to eat two to three hours before we hit the bed because sleeping soon after dinner may upset your digestive system.If you feel hungry before going to bed than you may take some fruits like apple or grapes which will satisfy your hunger and at the same time benefit your health.thanx.
