Ciao payout

Hi friends, I just joined Ciao and requested a payout. My account balance in Ciao reflects that request (the total amount is lower), but my there is no more money in my papal. Should I be concerned or is that normal? thank you.

Don't worry. The money will be paid into your account on the 15th of the following month.
