Ciao! How come the americans get more money than the british on Ciao!?

I realised after signing up for an american account that they get paid for each review they do, where as the british only get paid for the ratings they get. is this right or is my ciao not giving me all my money?

Just join it t .com wich is international, and i think thats the one tht pys better, $1 per revew of 120 words. I have joined that one
