Alertpay without credit card

Hi everyone,
Today I opened an Alertpay account. Many PPC (Pay Per Click) pays out their members in alertpay. But I have no idea what I can do with that Alertpay account without any credit cards or bank accounts added. I know that you only can recive money with paypal when you don't add a credit card.
Someone knows what it is without a credit card?

You didn't read very well.
As long as I know is it impossible to send money from paypal to alertpay or visa versa.

I've checked it some time ago and I couldn't realize it was possible !
