Would you rather know or not know what your Mylot friends look like?

I was thinking about that and its like you automatically come up with this picture of a person you barely know so I guess I really dont need to see an actual picture unless I've seen it from the git-go. Does seeing a picture of someone online after you've already gotten to know each other a little change your ideas of them?

It doesn't matter to me, I'm not interested in a relationship with them, if I were then Yes, but they are just friends on a website that I will probably never meet. How about you? Do you want to know? Does it make a difference to you what they look like, if you didn't think they were attractive would you not add them as a friend?

I let everyone be my friend because thats what mylot is all about and thats how you make money so looks would not bother me but It is hard not to come up with your own mental image of someone and I have been suprised when I saw pics of them later and it didnt look anything like I imagined--not a bad thing but suprising I was so offpoint in what i imagined, lol.

Yeah it would be nice to know members here in mylot and what they look like although pictures dont still justify it. We can post any picture here anyways. No, I wouldn't really change my ideas about them if I see them in person or even here online unless they do something stupid or something bad. I don't judge people just because of what I see online.

I think its human nature that when you start chatting with someone on a message board that you instantly get a mental pic of what you think that person looks like. When you do see them, they look completely different. I think that unless I'm going to meet them, it really doesnt matter whether or not I see them, it really wouldnt change anything for me as its not there looks that I'm getting to know. Cheers, Tianna

I think I could know or not know either way. Heh I guess I don't have to if I've already judged them by how they type, the way they type, etc. If I'm really attached or admiring a person, then I think it'd be fun... but it really doesn't matter. I think it might change how i think of them depending on their pose sometimes, I don't know. So its unnecessary, but sometimes curiosity gets ya. I don't think pictures shouldn't always reflect first impressions either.

It is nice to see pictures of friends that we talk to on here, but there is some that we talk to and they do not have any pictures of themselves. I picture them in my head and I would really like to see what they actually look like as I am sure they look nothing like I picture them. It's like talking to someone on the phone thats a stranger, you picture then in your head the way they come across to you. Yes. Certainly I would rather know what 'every one' on Mylot looks like, as well as all of my friends.

NO...I have a lot of friends online I've never seen and their personality shines through non the less. It would NOT make a difference.
