Now a lot of person go to work in a hurry so that they have no time to have breakfast.But not having breakfast will do harm to their health and their working.
Having no breakfast will throw the normal work of our digestive system into confusion.As a result,it will do harm to our health.Our bodies are in great need of energy.If we don't have breakfast,there will be not enough energy to supply.
What's more ,it is a long period between breakfast and luch.Breakfast provides us with the energy needed for work.So for the sakd of our health and our work,we must have breakfast.
Do you have breakfast everyday??????

I agree! It's very important to eat breakfast every day. If you don't, you could get really hungry later in the day and eat too much or eat the wrong things just because you're so hungry. It's certainly the case for me. In fact, I have such a fast metabolism that I wake up really hungry in the morning and have to make sure I have something planned to eat.

I try to have breakfast every day! :) However, I do not always make the most healthy choices! Sometimes you just want Krispy Kreme donuts and chocolate milk for breakfast! *LOL* But as long as you limit that to like once a week, it is okay, if you DO eat healthy breakfasts the other days! :) You definitely need breakfast to keep up your energy level to get through your day and to make it until lunch! :)

Yes, I have breakfast every morning. I enjoy good breakfast, juice, pancakes, fried eggs. I make sure I don't miss breakfasts because on some days when I get too busy at my office, I miss lunch.
