I was just curious to know.... What do people outside of my country think about Barrack Obama becoming the president of the United States. He is a muslim in a christian country and he is black in a country that has never had a black president. Yet he is way ahead in the polls and will win the presidency within the next couple days.
I myself, believe it says a lot about the people who live in this country. I think we have come a long way on race relations. I think this is proof that the American people, don't hate the muslim world. Furthermore we are tired of the way our country is being run and many of us are fed up with it and we want it to change.
What do you think?

I personally hope that Barrack Obama will brings a new perspective towards USA. Hopefully he'll be a wise leader and not always thinking about war. I, as a people who lived outside USA, always thinking..what makes USA always want to disturb another country, and trigger a war. Maybe they have their own reason, but this is what I always saw about USA. The new leader will surely carries a new hope and it's not American hope only but also worldwide hope that this man can makes the world better and better.

The most of people of my country prefer Obama to mutch then Mcain , because Obama will finish the war in Iraq and make all wars stop , it is good for the whole word , and ,To my mind , obama seems more intelligent and qualifie to lead the USA , because he will give it back its place that it has a long time ago . As we can see and hear ,America lost the trust of people and countries and I think that this new president is able to make return as it was.

Barak Obama is a Christian living in USA, he was born to a Muslim father from kenya, Obama studied in Indonesia.
It's not going to help out Muslims directly, however Obama has said he may revoke the Iraq invasions and war. American constitution doesnt says it's a Christian or a it is for White people I think, Its a liberal country with majority of Christians, 7 million Muslims and many other beliefs with different races.
Not only black or Muslims, never a Lady became a president of USA yet!
Lot of Americans are still in deep well and don't know what Islam is and they spout at Islam by hearing rumors. There are many Americans knows about Islam and they are tolerant too.
American Govt always get on the shoulder of other countries and bite their ears, thats what I don't like with USA first.
Barak Obama or Maccain they may have their own strategies, But both of them tend to consider Muslims as outcasts. Though Obama says he might stop the wars.
Cheers!

hello...i think its better to have black president i US...because if white president, the black people will be opressed as before this...just keep in peaceness...barack deserves what he owns right now...
from what i know, obama's not a muslim..his father 'was' a muslim but became atheist at the time obama was born..his ancestral running from Muslim to Baptist to atheist...but now he's a christian...
