I have grown up in a big city. And i am quite familiar with big city life. But i like small town more and hope to live there for a period. Big city life is full of excitement. There are shops, entertainment place everywhere. It' easy to find a place to relax. There are more companise which provide more jobs. However,it's also noisy and crowded in a big city.It has heavy traffic and it will take a long time if you want to go somewhere on bus during rush hour. Small town life is more quiet and peace.People have a good realationship with their neighbors. The air is fresh, the people are friendly. So i hope i can have a chance to experience this kind of life. What about you,my friends?

I always prefer to live in small town, as it's more peaceful and comfortable. Also, as you said, people around are more friendly. You'll feel more relaxing when you are in a small town, life is not so busy. Well, I'm grown up in a small city, where I'm working in big city now. Every time when I go back to my hometown, I feel so nice and comfortable. Sometimes even when I go to beach or some small towns, the feeling is really different, I feel really relaxing. As in the city, of course you can relax yourself too, but it's really different. Hope you'll have the chance to experience the life in small town.

I grew up in a big city. but when I preferred to look for job in a smaller town . I am not fond of city life . I get tired and exhausted with the crowded streets, crowded neighborhoods. I am not into fast paced world. I want to slow down a bit and enjoy life.

hi hongqistreet hmm, as i live in the small city right now, i'd say i want to be in the big city hehee.. i think i had enough with the small city environment.. kekee well it's kinda like an opposite right ? i asked my friends who lived in the big cities, they said they want to spend their times in the village if they could and if i asked the people living here, they said they want to go to the big city if they can :D .. i realize if someday i really move to the big cities, i'll miss the fresh air, the ambience, the free-traffic-jam streets, and lots more thankg hongqistreet .. ^^

i guess i'd prefer living in a small town.luckily,i don't have to choose between the two in real life since i live in a small town inside a big city.so,i got the best of both worlds.whenever i feel like staying in a place where it's calm and serene,i stay at home.but whenever i feel like to going to busy places,i go to the city where lots of people are like in their busy bee mode.lol.

I had grown up in a large city, now for the past 11 years I have been in a small town. I much prefer living in the small town. It is a nice place to raise kids. I would not move back to the city at all. I can not say that I have a good relationship with my neighbours though. I do how ever love my town and like the fact that my kids are happy here.

I grew up in NYC and came to love big city life. I got married and moved to the country. At first, I loved the quiet, I thought it was nice that I new everyone, running errands was a breeze since everything was so close, and the countryside was beautiful. After a while though, I began to suffocate. So we decided to take a middle solution - move in the suburbs. We are in Europe, so the suburbs are just as nice.. and close to the city centre!

I grew up in a small rural town. I like it a lot cause you dont know everyone but you still know a lot of people. Everything is familiar to me. It's kind of like a city to me. What we don't have here is only right up the road so it's nice, we don't have to go far and it's not too crazy like the city is, you know traffic wise. There's not a lot do to entertainment wise though. That's the only bad thing.

i prefer to live in a village which comes very near to a city.i don't like to have a residence in any city.city's would be rush every time so we won't get any relaxed time even in our home.and there would be lot of sound and air polution so i dont prefer city life.village have no such experiace but we should bother about our wants and needs and we have to depend any city to live so village which is not far from city is good to live

I was born in a big city, so im so use to it. But later in life i would like a home in a small town where I can be with my family in peace. Not being bothered by the rest of the city, just me and my family. Not to small though, just a nice town with everything we need.

i born in a village, but now i work in a big city.and with times past by,i get used to urban life.however, living in a big city after all, with related things coming up.crowded, traffic jam,air pollution, that's much slighter in countryside.though the local goverment pay more attention to the environment, the promotion is limited.so when i return my home, the fresh air comes up to me.supernatural enjoy.so all in all,i prefer to natural life of coutryside,of course village is my favor

I like both of them, In City, we can visit the theatre or go shopping convenient, there are only a short bus ride away. but in the country, there are pool selection of goods in shop, and the only form of entertainment is stay in front of the TV. and is not easy to go to see a friend and go to work. while in the city, there are live nearby. but I also like the quiet country life. the first cockcrow, the twitering of birds at dawn, the sight of the rising sun glitting on the trees and pastures. the clean atmosphere, the closeness to nature, the gentle pace of living, and the like.

I have always been a country girl by heart. It is so nice to grow up in a country side. When I will retire I want to come back to the country side and spend the rest of my remaining life there living in a farm. I am currently living in the suburbs where you get the best of both the rural and urban life. In suburbs you get to experience clean living with fresh air and the laid back lifestyle of a rural life. You get to personally know your neighbors. It is very conducive for a child to grow in a suburb where he can play with the other children in the neighborhood and not worry about pollution. Prices of houses are even cheaper than those offered in the city. What is good living in a suburb is that it is just near the comforts of the city. You can always experience the city life and it is always near to the best schools in the country. Plus there are more employment choices here. Basically you get the best of both worlds living in a suburb.

i have lived in both. i lived in a small town when i was growing up and they are nice because everyone knows everyone else but now i live in a big city which is ok because everything is handy - all the big box stores and the transit system. you dont have to go far for anything that you want or need.

The thing about small towns or the country is that there is not much to do most of the time. I live in the capital of Trinidad and Tobago and sometimes have thought about moving to the country but my friends tell me there's not much to do out there. I would just hate to be stuck at home and have nothing to do or nowhere to go. Besides, in the country everywhere is so far away. Know what I mean ?

Small town for me hongqistreet. I do live in a small town and love it. Everyone knows everyone and it's so nice to see friendly people that you know when you are out shopping or go out to eat. I love that the staff at school knows us, and they know all the kids and watch out for them. It really is nice. I have lived in a big city and it was pretty good, but it's the smalltown life that I really love. Nana

after making a good money i am thinking to move to a village and start doing some farm business. i will like to go to a village not far from city area so that i am in touch with both places. even now i sometime goes to some villages an sit in the silence under the shadows of trees. really freshens my brain.
