Over the last year or two I find I'm becoming more awre of just trying to go at everything "full throtle".I've had to cope with so much and I seen to just about pannic somedays abaout getting thru everything. I sometimes just have to say to myself "slow down, take it easy"
I woory I wonn't get everything done, but I always seem to.So I guess sometimes I just have to stop pushing myself.
Do you ever do this ?

yup,i do have this kind of feeling sometime.it makes me think that i've stretched my whole 24 hours because of the many things i try to do daily.then when i get to rest and think about what i have done,it makes me realize that i need to stop and slow things down.otherwise, something bad might happen to my body.

I am very guilty of feeling like I have to do everything. I have a real problem with letting things go until the next day. I constantly push myself to get more done, and work harder. I literally work until I drop some days. Even though I know I need to slow down, I feel like my drive to accomplish as much as possible each day makes me who I am.

Yes, I have told myself so. Sometimes I urge myself to do something better and better. But on the contrary the bad things always happen because my urge. So I have to tell myself just slow down, you can do it better, you can do it.

yes most of the time i really do it. Because there are some moments that I always feel pressures that makes me rush. But sometimes the effects of rushed things are not so satisfactory.
When you do something important don't rush it unless you are really chasing the deadline. Take your time to do it. There is more room for mistakes when rushing things. So have a clarity of mind. And to do this, you have to be slow but sure.
