Do you like to reduce by exercising or dieting?

Many of us have our own way of losing weight either by dieting,exercising everyday or by some other means.Share your experiences please.

Yes, I prefer reducing the natural way that is by exercising and dieting. I don't subscribe to diet pill or liposuction which is very popular nowadays. I believe there is no better way to reduce than to do exercise and then lessen the calorie intake. This can be done by eating more of veggies and fruits and more water intake.

It is harmful to the health if the weight is extra.So,I always do some exercising or eating less for losting weight!!

Iam a succesfulweightloser. First of all, to loose weight, be a strict vegetarian. I was 93 kgs during Apr 08 and now am 80 kgs. I have not taken any medicines for this . My programme is called APPLE DIET. Take one apple for breakfast daily. Do not take anything with it and do not eat any snacks in between your breakfast and lunch. Have a normal lunch with lots of vegetables and salads.Avoid oil, ghee and butter. For dinner, again take one apple and drink a glass of milk after 2 hrs. Walk for 30 minutes a day. you will find it difficult for a week, but when you start seeing the result, you will get energy to follow..The secret of Apple is that when you take 1 apple, you get 70 calories and for digesting an apple, your body needs 140 calories. So by taking an apple, you actually lose 70 calories and also get your stomach filled.That is why they say that AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY..Happy losing..

I like exercising over dieting. Off course even after exercising some diet control may be necessary for stricter weight control. But I o not like to skip my choice food.
