I know this do not apply to everyone but I do know some people who write down their thoughts in a journal. I do it sometimes and sometimes I just do not feel like it. So, how many of you like to write down your thoughts in a notebook for later viewing?

I did write my thoughts for a time. But what I do write were the sad moments and it pains me to read it through again! I was thinking of doing my journal again but there seem to be a race between my thoughts and my writing. I have this problem of having bright thoughts but when I start writing there's a very wide blank there, then I get so discouraged.
My joining myLot though has been helpful to me as I organize my thoughts on certain topics.

"race between my thoughts and my writing"...
I like the way you put it. Thoughts are like fairies, one second it's there, another second it's gone. I have similar experiences as well but I don't feel discouraged. I look at it as a game between the running thoughts and myself, sometimes I catch them, sometimes they simply get away. It won't be as fun if you are playing something that you are always winning right? Hope you can catch up with your thoughts and put them to use!

I do like to do that and do it quite often. Ideas come and flies, writing them down is how a catch them and keep them. Sometimes, ideas come prematured. When I write them down and view it later, things that look silly some time in the past may become very useful at the new moment.

I used to write down my thoughts which accomplished very little because even when I read my written down thoughts,I don't like what I read. Cheers!!
