Behavior of Drivers

hi friends i just like wanna talk about the behavior of Drivers. in abroad countries they are very well developed and mature as well as best behavior of them. While in region like asia and some other countries they have bevavior which is not good to see. but my question is that why they behave like that, and what are the reason that make them so rude. i don't know personally, but hope that minimum 1 person will be give me my wanted answer. waiting for rply i want!!!! happy Mylotting Prince Sad
