Any software can change IP every second? / myLot

I ever used SIA before, but the the internet speed is too slow and i even cant open google's homepage. Any other software can do this? Just wanna hide IP or keep changing my IP without slowing down my internet speed.......

ya there is a software called Hide ip which hides ur IP to some extent and when it cmes to slow internet try using mozilla as ur browser and orbit dwnloader for dwnloading
