Calcium is ideal for healthy bone and tooth formation. It is also good for pregnant women since they really need calcium for healthy bone development of the fetus.

Hi mayank.calcium is really good for healthy bone. But only intaking calcium wont help you because inorder to fix calcium it needs vitamin D.Without vitamin D it cannot fix.Hence you should also take care of vitamin D.The best source of vitamin D is sunlight.
Have a nice day.
Happy mylotting.
