How is it beneficial in eating soy?

Soy is a complete protein provider. It contains all the essential amino acids needed by the body. Since soy has little or no fat content, it is good for your body. Soy is cholesterol free, which means it is good for people with heart problems. Eating soy will prevent heart disease, prevent prostate cancer, improve the functioning of immune system etc.

I agree with you, it is a complete food. From soy seeds one can make milk, yogurt , cook it as a curry , i am fond of this. I have diabetes and doctors have advised me. Best of luck. Professor

soy beans contain 40% protein - which is DOUBLE the amount of protein found in beef or lamb. Eating soy-bean curd (or tofu) is a great way to stay healthy with very few calories. I love the stuff in most dishes!
