How About you? How did you learn in HTML? who help you? did somebody help you? who? if not, then how?

I learnt HTML through Books. Initially through the Printed Books. Later the online references..
I dont know programming, but I can understand what the code does.
I had learnt simple programming but now my field is totally different one. So it was not possible for me to continue to learn programming.

I learned because one of my friends used to always do the html for my webpage years ago. But I got tired of always having to wait till he had time to do them, and half the time it wasn't even the way I wanted it to look.
SO I started looking up html lessosns online and I had found a bunch of sites online that were offering free "classes" on how to learn html. I'm still learnging alot, and I still don't know how to do CSS codes yet, but I'm slowly learning, and I have fun doing layouts for friends for their myspace pages and other type of pages.
Its actually not that hard to learn if you put ur mind to it

I learned on my own about 8 years ago and on geocities. It is not too hard, it can be pretty scary at first, but just go looking for a free layout and then go read the coding !! That is how I learned , I also searched around and found out all of the codes and colors.

im not a pro but i learned it as a hobby just for fun (yes that's how bored i get)
i learned by using websites but found it to be difficult to say the least... then i went and bought Video Professor CD's... i learned a lot through them. I jotted down notes as if in class to look over what i learned...
What helped me is that i messed around a lot with myspace profile editing using html and also just for fun messed with geocities to create a website... practice makes perfect... or at least helps you put to use what you know and let you know what you DONT
