Self Employment

Hi all good afternoon! I would like to talk about self employment. Here in INDIA many number of companies as well as well educated guys and girls are flying to AMERICA and other Europian countries,which meean they all are depending upon other countries maily on US.74% of IT projects for indian companies are from US only.Now, due to that when US market crash the impact is on INDIA as well.And due to which lot of employes from many IT firms are removed and some are kept on bench.All these due to depending on those HI-Fi countries.what i feel is that when every INDIAN thinks of Self Emplyment and Every IT comapny in INDIA must devolop to that stage where they can out source like the US companies.Which will enable us from this to obercome this type of sudden crashes as well as gives a status of DEVOLOPED country.

India should be self-dependable. Then only the economic downfall will not affect our country. I also feel that every employee should also look into other alternatives apart from their present jobs. Then if they are removed from the present jobs, the impact would be very less. Otherwise the effects would be severe. Self-employment is the best option to get rid of economic slowdown.
