well for day time you can go on with lighter shades.eyeshadows you can go for pinks,yellows,bronze.lipsticks like pink or neutral would go well.more or less whatever you apply during day should be waterproof cos it might be sunny so waterproof would help you when your sweatimg.

How about this:
Eyes: Very light yellow or white eyeshadow and a little mascara.
Cheeks: Pink blush and face powder.
Lips: Lip gloss.
This works for me because it makes you stand out, but not in a "omg look at her!!!" kind of way.
Or you could try what works for you and your skin tone.

Wear light makeups, light shade clothes but very trendy which will suit your body, tie your hair with a decorated clip or untie it if its short and trimmed.
