Love yourself. Love the things that make you you. Your values and talents and memories. Your clothes, your nose, your woes. If you love yourself, you can jump into your life from a springboard of self-confidence. If you love yourself, you can say what you want to say, go where you want to go.
Do you believe this?

I think I should love myself more, but not first.
To love yourself means to accept yourself as you are. Come to terms with the aspects of yourself that you cannot change. It means to have high self respect, high self esteem and a positive self image.
Needless to say it does not mean to be arrogant or conceited. Do not think you are better than anyone else. Just have a healthy regard of yourself and know you are a worthly person.
It is also important to keep saying to yourself that no one is perfect. We all have weakness and strenghts and should work on improving ourselves.
Each of us is individual, has different talents and abilities to offer. In order to appeciate youself you need to disover what makes you different and further those talents.
We should all work on accepting ourselves. It is your best interest to be the best you can.
Until you love youself, you will not be able to love anyone else. You can only love another to the same degree, the way you love youself.

Yes, I like your words. I think you made it clear. We do should accept ourselves as we are, because we are what we are, not anyone else. I think we should love our family and our friends as more as we love ourselves.

absolutely!!! i think girls always lost in the love, but you will understand something that you should love yourself better, don't expect the other one love you more than yourself, treat your own better, make your own happy, your world control in your hand.

Hi there Tutuma!
You're right. Some women take theirselves for granted when loving another person but I believe that in order to be able to offer and give your best, you should know what you're worth and how valuable you are and love yourself.

Well, it's very empowering. I don't understand why it's only for girls though? Are you pro-women? Anyway, thanks for posting this. Again, it's very inspirational and empowering. it's a little too self-centered though. But you're right, we should love ourselves first.
