I did like to know a cheap and good quality
1) mother board
2) RAM
3)DVD writer
4)and other parts

hmm.....try this :
-motherboards : asus or gigabyte (find the one with good VGA onboard)
-ram : corsair/OCZ/TEAM/MUSHKINS...look for the value series
-DVD RW : lite on or LG
-keyb+mouse : standard logitech is enough i think
-case+psu : just look for the cheapest one....
-HDD : 160gb by wdc/seagate
i assume u'r not looking speck for gaming....
