I ideally want three this is because I feel that, and some experts agree with me that that's the ideal number of children to have because with most people only having two we are missing an entire generation of negotiators. Middle children are so skilled at balancing conflicts between there siblings for years that they take these skills into the water world and help the planet.

I think this is a personal decision. I have 4 children~ 3 boys and one girl. If I did what my mother in law wanted, I would have had 2 children, one boy and one girl. Well, God decided to give me 2 boys first! So there went her versions of a perfect family. We are very busy all the time, but we love it. We give the same amount of attention to all of our kids. We go to all sporting events regardless of which child is playing. If there is a conflict and they play the same day, one of us goes to one and the other to the other.

Surely it depends on the person I know one parent who has 12 children and one on the way, she can more than cope with them all and none of them lack attention yet for me id say three was my limit what ever makes you happy I say!

It really depends on the parents but honestly I dont think you should go around having 18 like that family on tv. I think that is crazy and unreal. I mean really who can afford to take care of that many kids without government help. There are people that really need that money i just dont understand why wou would want that many kids anyway. How can you spend time with all of them?

i think having a child must be a wonderful experience. 2 kids, a boy and a girl will do. the boy first, so that he could take care after his baby sister:P

Depends on the individual parents... i have a brother and a sister.. that is 3 of us... none of us turned out to be criminals or morally deviant =P That is 3 of us. Personally, i think 4 is more than enough for the average person. Two within the same age range (a year or two apart) and then 3 years or more for the remaining.. that is what seems to work for most. What im planning as well.
