What do you hate about your boss?

I have a Superior here, that doesn't do anything unless you would let her feel that she has to finish her report. She spends time on eating (about one and a half hour to finish her meal), rounds (about an hour which would only take 15 minutes) and surfing the internet for nonsense sites. She's too young to be promoted yet the person who promoted her really regret her decision to take her to another level. She was promoted because she was too sweet or charming to her guest in the phone. It pisses me off because her decisions are not precise and immature. She prefers for a leave than spend her time seriously at work.

Once I had a superior who is too bossy. She doesn't like my presence around her. I was her assistant, doing accounts. She would always find mistakes in my calculations even though she knows it is just a minor thing and can be corrected without creating a drama out of it. She makes a lot more mistakes than I do, but she never admitted it and always pointed her finger at me to blame.
I don't know why is she doing this. Is she jealous, but why? She is pretty and she already has a nice job, nice salary and a nice husband. I think what she wants is a dog, not an assistant. She wants me to kiss her bottom every time. If I don't do that she will get pissed off.

I hate my boss for bragging about us that she is the best. I dont want arrogant people thats why. Its like she always reminds her subordinates that she cant commit failure. Its like shes telling us that she is the best person in this world. hehe lol

I've got a boss who's very indecisive and wouldn't stand up for what is right and good for the office. She'll just kiss as* and get paid while her subordinates get to toil along doing all the dirty work.
