Hi,friends, The slower you build up energy in the morning, the more painful waking up will be. What's better, spending thirty minutes wrestling with the snooze button followed by an hour ramp up to normal mental functioning or quickly starting the say with energy? Provide your useful suggestion please?

My useful suggestion may not be useful for the majority. I rise on average between 3am and 5am depending on my husband's work shift and when he needs breakfast. I rise early, workout, then begin my day. I deal with chronic pain and lying around wrestling with a snooze only makes me feel worse. Its best in my opinion to get a jump start on a good day by embracing the morning!

Thanks for your response, I am very amazed how can you get up so early from 3-5 am every day. You really did a great job if you can also keep full energy whole day. And i am very sorry to your chronic pain. Everyday you need your workout and exercise for it? Would you mind telling me what kind of chronic pain it is, maybe i can find some Chinese medicine prescriptions for you. Take care youself, and hope your whole family happy everyday!

I think it's important to wake up naturally! What do I mean? Well, I'm referring to times past when alarm clocks didn't exist! It's far better to wake up to natural daylight rather than almost falling out of bed at the cry of an alarm clock! It takes a short while to finally realise that it is morning and your body needs to adapt. I wake up first thing, slowly drag my feet to the bathroom, do my thing! I then take it easy and make myself a cup of tea! Life isn't a race! I understand that you probably have a very busy shedule in life and so, this gives you a fair amount of pressure. Anyway, I take one thing at a time and I concentrate on doing one thing at a time, I concentrate on its completion. This is far more relaxing than rushing around. You will find that you achieve more as well. Andrew

It is much better to arise thirty minutes earlier every morning. It will be less stressful than running around like a headless chicken, especially if you have work or children to get to School.
To help us concentrate we need to eat a good breakfast everday.
If you rise early and you will actually have time for breakfast. It is one of the most important meals of the day. Without your breakfast, your body is running on fumes until you are so hungry at lunchtime that you eat whatever unhealthy thing you can find. The fattier and sugarier, the better. But eat breakfast, and you are satisfied until later. Plus, eating breakfast while reading a book and drinking coffee in the quiet of the morning is eminently more enjoyable than scarfing something down on the way to work, or at your desk.
Going to bed earlier, will help you arise early and this will give you time to help you slowly wake up. This will help you concentrate on the morning with a clear head. Give yourself good reason to get up and do eat your breakfast.
