Uncle Sam is after you.
I just heard on the news where the government is going after people who have hidden funds in Swiss banks. It is said that there are 19,000 people that they know of and they plan to prosecute.
What do you think, should you be able to put your money in a place that will free you of paying taxes on it?

If I ever had enough money to be able to want to hide it then I might consider it but that looks like it will be something I won't have to bother about yet.
One problem less

You got that right, I do not need the problem of figuring where to hide my money. If I had that much I would pay my taxes easily without a concern.

Money laundering is illegal. Most corrupt people hide their money in Swiss banks. They have not been prosecuted because these Swiss banks just accept the money for deposit. They don't even care where these money came from. Banking is a business and they need funds so they accept anything that could bolster their funds. I think you should be able to keep money in banks as long as they do some investigation on where the money came from.
