It's been in the headlines every single day for the last 18 months. I will be so glad when this time tomorrow, the US will have a new president. I'm just hoping it doesn't turn into the nightmare that happened in 2000. I'm not sure who will be better for me here in Canada, I'm just glad it will be over. Will you miss all they hype when it's all over? Not me!

I live here in the US, can you imagine how happy we all will be when its over with. You can get so tired of hearing and seeing everything, it gets to be too much. I just hope whoever does get elected turns out to be a great president. We need a good president. There are lots of us hurting.

I went out and voted early today, just to have it all done. I am glad I did.

Believe me, after the election tomorrow, it probably won't be over for months to come. Whatever the outcome, there will be people still egging on the drama. There will probably be issues of people thinking their votes did not count because of troubles at the polls, which is already happening with the early voters. I seriously think that after tomorrow, bigger issues will talked about for days and days and days.

I agree with this. It will just be nothing but drama until January 20th. :( I can think of all kinds of crazy things that might happen! :(

I am like you, really ready to be done. I am thinking of going right now to vote early, or maybe tomorrow. I woke up really early today. It is time for it all to be done and for us to start on whatever new system is going to happen.

I'm with you I'll be glad when it's all over. If no one voted there'd be huge trouble ahead with the country, but what we need is someone who lives the way we do where money is very short. That'll never happen. These people already have lots of money before they ever get elected.

It will be soon over. HOpefully the best candidate will win. Sometimes the political propaganda makes you vomit, try to feed you whatever they want you to hear and lead you to believe. © ronaldinu 2008

I'm glad, too. I'll be voting for the first time, and I am really nervous. I can't wait until it is over. I won't miss the hype at all.

I am glad its almost over too. I tired of hearing about it on TV and the phone calls each night we get at least ten phone calls. I am so sick of that i could scream. Lets just get this moving so we can move forward.

You better believe I'll be glad when the election hype is over with. I've gotten so fed up listening to it all. Not only reading about it in the newspapers but being bombarded by "The Road to the White House" segments on the radio and TV...ENOUGH! Of course we can probably not expect the hoopla news to be completely over for at least another week or so after the election

I agree with you completely. I am so tired of hearing about it all. I'm tired of hearing about rev wright, bill ayers, accorn etc. I just hope once its over we stop hearing about all of that crap. I suspect we won't though if Obama wins as expected.
