What to look for on black friday?

I am planning to prepare a list of items to purchase on black friday. This would restrict my shopping to the necessary items alone. I won't spen money on purchasing other items an regreting later. Those who may purchase on this day keep the receipts carefully. I am also planning to checking some black friday offers if they have alreay leaked. If you have any suggestions on black friday shopping please share with me.

black friday sure makes me wish i was an american because i hear about nothing but great deals from the day. do you do most of your shopping on that day? do make a list and look just for those things or just check to see what the flyers have on sale and then go from there?
maybe one year i will head down there (i am only an hour away from the border @ ny state).

Black Friday is an interesting time of the year. Sometimes it can be scary if you are an employee at the stores. One year my mom got punched because she didn't have the item someone wanted. BUt that was just one crazy guy who hit her in the arm not the face or anything he was escorted out of the store. Making a list is a good idea, people will wait outside the store at the wee hours waiting for it to open.

Hi. I am also new to black friday. I am little worried of the crowd. But I love shopping. There are days when me and my sister would start in the morning (around 10 am) and finish shopping by 9 or 10 pm. Still we will have no mind to head out of the mall. Looking forward for good and profitable shopping on black friday. Thank you for your response.

I have no idea yet what i will be buying. i haven't heard of any black friday sales yet. usually i look at the sale papers on thursday evening. Then i decide what i am going to get or if i'm even going to go. i mostly get stuff for our kids.

I don't know what I will be buying either. It's tempting to just not go because the crowds are horrible. BUT, the sales are AWESOME! So, we shall see! :)

This is the first time I will be here for black friday. I have heard about it from my hubby and friends. I like to go and shop on black friday. Looking forward for it. We are interested to get some stuff for the baby to come and to do some shopping for friends and relatives who are thousands of miles away. Thank you for you response.
