My hair is falling out!

Or at least it seems to be, a little at a time. It seems like since the summer I have been shedding like crazy. My hair is otherwise in great shape, it's healthy and shiny, it just doesn't seem to want to stay on my head.
I would always lose a few strands after washing it or when brushing it but it seems to have really escalated to the point where I can tell that it's thinner.
Does anyone else have this problem? Did you find any contributing factors? How did you correct it? Any interesting hair tips or tricks in general?

you can only reduce it by doing tel malish, (oil massage your head daily)

well along with malish the one things that matters is the water quality
when i started to lose hair lot of ppl told me that
it might be becoze of hard water well i switched to soft water and it has some effects but not much.
but that the case with my hair it depends on u r hair quality also. try switching that it might help.

while a certain amount of hair loss on a daily basis is normal and there could be contributing factors such as medication or illness, if this continues to worry you, you should consult your doctor in regards to this. they can run tests to determine why you are losing your hair. mine was pregnancy and now (well soon) menopause.

Medication and illness definitely crossed my mind. I'm wondering if it may have something to do with thyroid meds. I've heard that thyroid problems can cause hair loss, but I'm not sure about the medication. I sure hope that's not it as I have to take it for the rest of my life!

hi.....
i use to ve d same problem before one year.........
but now everyone is sayin my hair is very beautiful n healthy........
Mix the henna powder with lemon n apply it like a pack........
just leave it for 1 hour n wash ur hair don't use shampoo next day use shampoo n wash it........
this gives u colour n also make ur hair healthy........
weekly 3 wash ur hair........
Apply oil n massage well in night before going to bed n then wash ur hair next mornin.....
try this..........
