I prefer cooking to cleaning. Cleaning involves utensils cleaning, cleaning the house, arranging things and so on. And so, I pass on this job to my husband and take on the cooking work. I cook break fast, lunch and dinner everyday. I enjoy cooking shrimps and chicken. But I don't like cleaning them. We don't go for processed food. Hence we choose the raw veggies and other stuff and cook ourselves. How about you? Do you like cooking or cleaning or both or not both/just eating?

I do like to cook but I find that it's often quite disappointing - like I'll spend forever making something and it'll only turn out so so, or even end up being a complete disaster.
I don't know if I'd say I really like cleaning but I do find it very rewarding. There is something really satisfying about making something really dirty really clean. I love sitting down in my living room or at the kitchen table after I've cleaned the whole room and put everything away. It's such a nice feeling. Too bad it never lasts very long!

I like cooking, but I have to admit I am a cleaning freak. I clean everything. I hate mess and dust. I am an asthmatic and like to keep the dust down for my own healths sake. I cannot sit in a mess either. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I was once told I had OCD by a friend, but I think that was a bit to far to describe me.
I do hate cleaning greasey pots and ovens though. I cannot stand it. I try to avoid the oven for cleaning.
I love to cook anything. My specialty is a beef caserole. I love to cook potatoes everyday and also enjoy homemade baking. I hate cleaning dishes, but do it straight away.
Overall I love cleaning the best.

I love to do both but I only get to do cooking during the weekends since I live with my mother in law. She always cook and I don't want to mess her cooking. My husband call me a cleaning robot since I like to see all the things in the kitchen neat and tidy. I will stack my books every week. Just love to see everything in order.

I like cooking but i hate cleaning up the mess after words. I love to experament with foods try to mix things together. I like cleaning too just depending how much. I like it when my house looks and smells clean to the touch. I hate it when it looks like a torando has gone thou it. Thats what i like.

Not keen on either, but not the best cook in the world or the most original so I would have to say clean.. There is something quite therapeutic about cleaning but I have to be in the right mood for it. I love the finished results too.
Given an option though I would choose to do neither and have someone in to do them for me.

I prefer cleaning to cooking. That's probably because my cooking skills are not up to par as I'd like them to be. But at least I can say that my house is clean. lol. I actually enjoy cleaning. It gets a little difficult the more my pregnancy progresses, but I always find time to clean no matter what and I always will.

A year back if the same question was asked to me i would have agreed to cleaning since i hardly knew how to cook. Cooking was like a nightmare for me since i never enjoyed nor was interested in cooking. However now that i have learnt how to cook and find it OK(not bad), cooking is preferably better than cleaning which suits my interest now...

I would prefer to cook but then I don't know how... I usually do some cleaning in the house once I'm in the mood to do so. I wanted to learn how to cook but I just don't have the patience. I do hope someday soon I can learn how so i can be a good wife to my husband... -cherry
Maybe you can teach me how! Hehe =)

I really do not like neither, but I prefer cooking better. My husband used to do all of the cleaning, and I did the cooking. For some reason he is not cleaning as much as he used to , so I find myself taking over that chore as well. He does clean the bathroom though. He is in between jobs, and I was laid off four months ago, seems like after that he laid down his broom

I clean houses for a living, so I can't mind it too much. It is sad to say that I do not find much enjoyment in cleaning my own house though. Once in a while, I get in the mood and clean it from top to bottom. Other than that, I only do what is really necessary each day. As far as cooking goes, I do like to cook, but do not do as much of it as I used to.

I would rather cook than clean. Cooking is much better in my opinion. I love to cook god things such as omelets and pies. I like pie. What about you??
